All orders will be shipped on the next business day (Monday - Friday) following the placment of your order, at the earliest. If it is not possible to ship on that day or the next following day, we will make sure to contact you as soon as possible. All domestic orders to residences and businesses will be sent via UPS Ground. All domestic orders to PO Box and military addresses will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. International orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail International.
We reserve the right to delay or hold orders with inappropriate shipping selections (i.e., "domestic vs. international").
Address Correction:
Please send all address corrections to with the phrase "address correction" in the subject line. Please make sure to include your Paypal transaction ID with the email.

Damaged products:
If you receive an item with broken, torn, or missing parts, simply return the item to us in its original package with your receipt. We will exchange it if we still have the item in stock. We will refund you on the return shipping. Once we receive the damaged item we will notify you with the option to refund or send you a replacement if one is available. Please contact .
Damaged artwork:
If a frame is damaged or broken, contact us within 10 business days and either Nucleus or the shipping company will reimburse you for reframing costs. Please contact .
If you receive the wrong order:
Simply notify us and return the item. We will exchange it for you and refund you on the return shipping. Please contact .

If you want your package shipped to countries outside the US, simply select either the international standard or Priority option when you are ready to checkout.
